The Employees section exists to provide a variety of online resources for current employees of Mid America Health (MAH). Included in this section is Email Access (username and password required). A variety of forms are also available for download, including Workers Comp and Safety. Employees can also view Benefit Selections at My Benefits View. To submit any forms, first download them, fill them out and then either mail or fax them to the address provided.
